I chose "Zuri Cat Tuong" as my personal brand name to stand out and make a lasting impression. With so many "Cat Tuong"s in Vietnam, this unique combination not only represents my signature identity but also makes it easier to remember.

The story goes beyond just my love for these activities. These are my values, reflected in what people think about me most often.

I once asked on my Instagram, "Why do some people, even those who aren't my close friends, continue to follow me for so long?" and another time, I asked my followers, "What is one thing you love about me?" The most common responses were that they appreciate my positive energy, the way I open their minds, and how I inspire them with my youthful spirit. These answers align perfectly with my value of "INSPIRATION".

Many who have spoken with me mention that they admire my kindness and support. They see me as someone who is caring, tolerant, and approachable. The way I interact with others helps me connect with them on a deeper level, calm those around me, and bring people together. This reflects my strong value of "CONNECTION".

As for "CREATIVITY", people often comment on how stunning my slides and presentations look. They say that my work is always polished and visually appealing. Even during creative games that involve building or arranging, my family often tells me I’m naturally creative and come up with ideas they couldn’t imagine. This feedback reinforces my passion for creativity.

For me, healing is more than just a trend or buzzword. It is a core part of who I am. While some might see my generation as fragile and always looking for healing, my connection to it goes much deeper. Here’s why “Healing” is at the center of my life:

1. I find peace in nature
   Nature has always been a place where I can relax and feel at ease. Whether it’s the mountains, the beach, the sun, or the moon, I feel a strong connection to the natural world. Growing up in Da Nang, a coastal city, I would often find comfort walking along the beach or hiking in the mountains. In these moments, I find clarity, inspiration, and peace. Whenever life gets overwhelming, nature inspires me to spark new ideas and write deeply.
   
2. I love helping people
   Overcoming my own challenges taught me the importance of mental and emotional well-being. This experience made me passionate about helping others in the same way. I enjoy supporting people’s minds, whether through personal conversations or by helping in real life through volunteering and charity work. In 2022, the Ikigai test also revealed that helping others is my life’s purpose, and I've dedicated myself to supporting people in their journey until now.

3. Nature captures my spirit
   Photography has always been a passion of mine, but I realized it’s not just about taking beautiful pictures. It’s about capturing the essence of nature. The light, movement, and quiet moments bring out powerful feelings that I want to preserve. When I take pictures of nature, it feels like I’m capturing a piece of peace. People often tell me I have a "healing vibe," which I believe is because I bring gentleness, positivity, and mindfulness into everything I do.
   
   
4. My path to healing is guided by Buddha's teachings
   One of the key reasons I’m passionate about healing is because I follow the teachings of Buddha, where mental well-being is seen as the foundation of true happiness. Buddhism teaches us that peace of mind and inner balance are the keys to living a fulfilling life. This philosophy deeply resonates with me, as it shapes how I view and approach life’s challenges.
