While I embrace a calm and healing vibe, I am far from boring. I am energetic and passionate about the activities I do with my team. The more energy a task or competition requires, the more excited and determined I become. Whether playing games or participating in team competitions, I always give my all and try my hardest.
A. DUE Marketer club
1. Project leader - Tinh The Meditation Talkshow | Apr - May 2023
As the Project Leader for the "Tinh The Meditation Talkshow," attended by 84 participants, I led an 8-member team to organize this healing and meditation-focused event. The project was part of the "CONG 2023" campaign by the DUE Marketer Club, which aligned with the UN's Goal No. 3: Good Health and Well-being. The talkshow aimed to help university students reconnect with their inner selves and reduce stress, and we invited a Buddhist monk to host the session, offering valuable insights and guidance. Under my leadership, we developed detailed plans covering social media, human resources, event and secured sponsorships.
Award:
The "CONG 2023" campaign, including the "Tinh the" talkshow, was honored with the “9-1 Award” by the Da Nang Student Association in 2023. This recognition was the result of the collective efforts of my team and the entire club, and it deepened my experience in project management, teamwork, and delivering impactful, meaningful experiences.
Additionally, the event was featured in three newspaper articles, one of which was published in print, further showcasing the success of the campaign.

As a Content Member at DUE Marketer Club, I contributed to developing social media strategies and creating content for club projects, driving engagement and increasing visibility. I worked closely with designers, sharing ideas and brainstorming together to create posts that seamlessly combined impactful content and design.

B. YouthSpeak 2025 - AIESEC Vietnam
Marketing & Communication Coordinator | Apr - Jun, 2025
At YouthSpeak 2025, I was entrusted with managing the entire KOL collaboration process. From researching potential Ambassadors to drafting proposals, sending outreach emails, and maintaining direct communication, I ensured every step was handled smoothly and professionally.
This effort resulted in 17 high-profile Ambassadors confirmed out of 100+ approached, including well-known figures such as Hoàng Nam Tiến, Thái Vân Linh, Huỳnh Thị Thanh Thủy, and Ninh Dương Story. As the primary communicator with Ambassadors and their teams, I followed through on all deliverables to completion, securing both credibility and consistency for the campaign.
Beyond KOL management, I also supported the onsite event, assisting the team with coordination and ensuring that both guests and Ambassadors had a seamless experience.

C. YMCA Vietnam
1. WECARE 23 - Volunteer with Singaporean team | Sep 08 - Sep 21, 2024
I I was part of WECARE 23, a 14-day cultural exchange program organized by YMCA Vietnam, alongside 24 Singaporean students. Together, we worked to refurbish Hung Nhuong Primary School in Giong Trom District, Bến Tre Province, and taught English to local students, creating a positive and enriching learning environment.
As a cultural bridge, I facilitated communication by interpreting English, coordinating activities, and fostering collaboration between Vietnamese and Singaporean participants, promoting mutual understanding and cultural exchange. Additionally, I supported the team leader with logistical arrangements, including transportation, meals, and accommodation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for everyone involved.
Moreover, I wrote content and edited a heartfelt recap video for the project. This video was used not only for social media but also as a special farewell gift to the Singaporean team, capturing the spirit and memories of our shared experience.
This journey significantly enhanced my skills in cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and project coordination, while deepening my passion for community-building and meaningful collaboration.

2. Brightening Children’s Smiles at Children’s Hospital | Nov, 2024
In November 2024, I participated in the "Brighten Children’s Smiles" event at Children’s Hospital, with the goal of bringing happiness to young patients. We organized games, dances, and activities to bring joy and encouragement to children facing serious illnesses, including cancer. Additionally, I helped prepare the event and distribute gifts to baby patients in the emergency ward. I dedicated my time and love to brightening their spirits and bringing smiles to these children.

Where I found my passion for youth activities, explored my potential, and fueled my enthusiasm
At Phan Chau Trinh High School, I discovered my passion for video editing, capturing special moments through photos and videos for my class, whom I deeply care about. The memories we shared were meaningful, and I wanted to preserve them as much as possible. The positive feedback from my classmates encouraged me to believe in my potential. My videos became a signature way to evoke emotions, making people feel thoughtful, teary-eyed, and more connected to our class.
In addition, my energetic personality flourished during these years. I participated in nearly every activity and competition with my class, striving to make the most of every experience. We laughed, cried, motivated each other, and sometimes criticized, but always found peace again. These moments shaped my youth and fueled my passion for team-oriented activities.
As a result, my class stood out, winning two first-place awards during our three years at school, along with numerous other prizes from our collective efforts. And through it all, I found myself, my passion, my potential, and a deeper understanding of who I am.
